The More You Give

About us

Over the past 12 months, a number of concerned trustees, charity founders or donors who care about a charity they regularly support have approached us to ‘help sort this charity out’!     They see the need for fresh thinking, senior input and a practical, no-nonsense approach in these extremely challenging times. Someone whose integrity and honesty they can trust.

In response we’ve created a high impact, 5 step Charity Paradigm Programme to:

  • help trustee boards and management teams review their operations and the security of their funding streams.
  • devise strategies to tackle the problems all too often relegated to the ‘too difficult to deal with’ drawer.
  • offer new perspectives and a can-do approach firmly rooted in previous experience.

Our aim is to provide speedy analysis, clear direction and a variety of solutions – where more than one is needed. We promise there won’t be mountains of paperwork or endless meetings, just sound thinking and a practical way forward;   some ‘Aha!’ moments and a new energy.

Paradigm Programme clients have access to a team of people with unparalleled practical experience of growing and directing charities, and raising money from a wide variety of different sources. We’ve got quite a lot of ‘firsts’ under our belts, because we’ve found that creativity and originality make a huge amount of difference.  Our team includes philanthropists themselves, heads of grant-making trusts, journalists and fundraisers.  All have three things in common: they are ‘grown-ups’ with years of hands-on experience and extensive networks throughout the charity world and beyond.

If you’re a concerned trustee, funder or member of the senior management team and think you could benefit from some rapid response solutions email Mike or call him  on 0777 160 3885.
