The More You Give

Clients

Giving is a very personal affair and while we’re happy to talk about our corporate clients, our private clients remain confidential.

Whether you have inherited wealth, won it on the lottery, or created it yourself (and that’s where 75% of today’s wealth now sits), you are likely to be hunted down by good causes. And, if the media have published what you’re worth, your post-bag will be bulging.  In the constant search for funding, charities target major donors and in addition to mailings you will no doubt have been invited to balls and other fundraising events.

The irony is that research shows it’s the bigger charities that are benefiting, as the smaller charities can’t compete at this level.

So why not stop being hunted, and start hunting?  We challenge you to become interested, fired up and involved; to leave a footprint in the world that is more than financial.

The More You Give works with a variety of wealthy individuals and family trusts in the following ways:

      • Family briefing and education, including work-placements for teenagers.
      • Auditing existing giving and setting an ongoing strategy.
      • Search and selection of causes that will inspire, and where your giving will make a significant impact.
      • Introductions to industry sector expertise and research
      • Planning links and levels of involvement.
      • Monitoring and evaluating. How the money is spent and what it’s achieving.

If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.
If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

Dalai Lama b. 1935

‘On a personal note, I found that the book gave me ideas that I can see myself applying to life – especially making time for others.’
