Pricing

In the event that unexpected pricing increases occur due to publishing costs, or in the event of a pricing error howsoever caused, we will, at our own discretion, either check with you before dispatch to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

Contract

When you place an order to purchase The More You Give; The More You Get (The Book) on The Website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase The Book which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched The Book to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you.

When ordering goods from The Website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Refunds and Returns

The More You Give will refund the total amount of your order if you return The Book within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning you're the Book during this period will be at your own cost, unless The Book is damaged, or was sent in error. Please follow the return directions below.

If you believe that The Book has been lost in transit or has not been delivered for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date of The Book, which is displayed in the orders section of the members section (if you registerd) or will be in the email confirming receipt of your order, so that we can investigate. We are unable to accept claims for lost items that are reported more than 30 days after the order date.

Standard Returns Policy

After the 7 day period we will accept The Book for return in any of the following cases:

The Book was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book or give you a full refund. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.

Provided the conditions above are met The More You Give will refund the cost of all such returns provided the books are returned to us by the most economical method. The Book remains your property until we have received them.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of The More You Give.

You should expect to allow at least 21 days for the return to be processed.

When do we charge your card

We don't charge your credit or debit card until your order has been dispatched.
